The entire group of members is divided into 5-sub groups. Each group is assigned to pray for the development of society, families and those who are in need with some other special intentions. A prayer circle was formed and a prayer friend was given to each student and all sisters.
The bible day is celebrated by conducting test to the catholic faculty, staff members and students in the month of August. Prizes are given to the winners. Good numbers of cultural events like skit, dances were also performed based on the Bible themes.
Novena for Immaculate Heart of Mary is offered with some special intentions to mark the celebration of the feast of IHM on 22nd August which falls on the foundation day of the institution.
The members of IPC visit the nearby parishes/shrines in the month of September and clean the campus of the Churches to inculcate the habit of serving for the common hood.
In the month of October, as it is offered to mother Mary, rosary is recited in front of our lady of Lourdes grotto on the whole month.
Every year on 2nd November, as a remembrance of departed souls, Food is provided to the poor and the needy people those who are in the public places of Chinnasalem and Melnariyappanur.
Every year, in the month of January, catholic staff members and students attend annual retreat in various retreat/spirituality centers, Ashrams and shrines. Special preachers are arranged to animate their retreat.
St. Sebastin feast is celebrated on 20th January of every year, with car procession by reciting the holy rosary.
To cultivate the knowledge on scripture and the Church documents, seminars are arranged in the month of February.
Every year during lent season, the members of IPC visit the orphans and physically disabled children of St.Paul Middle School, Nainarpalayam and spent their time with them with friendly refreshments. This practice increases their helping tendency towards the destitute.
